In 2009, the Cholsey & Wallingford Railway hired a loco and carriage that closely replicated the 'Wallingford Bunk' that had ceased to run 50 years previously.
A typically busy scene in the marquee of the 2013 Cholsey Annual Show, which marked something of a revival for the event.

The front cover of the programme for Cholsey's Big Weekend (June 7th & 8th), the main event of the 1986 Cholsey Millennium. Stuart Dewey's neat and expressive graphics graced many posters and publications in this and subsequent years.
Part of Cholsey's 1986 Millennium celebration was a French Market on The Forty, which proved very popular.
The photo is marked "A group of those taking part in an entertainment given by Cholsey Girls' Club in the Lawrence (sic.) Hall last Tuesday". The show is, in fact "Babes in the Wood". Connie Tappern is at far left.
These chaps have been helping to erect the marquees for Cholsey Flower Show in 1952. The lorry is loaded with trestle tables which look remarkably familiar, even in 2011! The men have been named (L-R) as Chas Wheeler, Jack Taylor, Frank Hawkins, George Benham, Walt Powell, Arthur 'Lofty' Bryant, John Pallett, Perce ”Johner” Howse, Arthur King, Bill Clarke, Charlie “Chas” Beasley, Bert Green, Harold Hanson and Gerald Woolley.

Cholsey marked the 100th anniversary of the end of World War 1 in rare style. This was the scene on The Forty in November 2018, not loing after a service of remembrance.
