FOR SATURDAY 21st SEPTEMBER

We’re pleased to hear that new repair cafes have opened in this region but Cholsey Repair Café still opens regularly at The Cholsey Pavilion on the third Saturday of odd-numbered months. The September session will be on 21st from 10.00 to 12.45; this coincides with Cholsey Community Café, next door, where you can buy home-make cakes to go with a good cup of tea or coffee. To cover running expenses, the Repair Café accepts donations for any help or advice given, but repairs are free of charge. Soldering, gluing, rewiring, sewing, mechanical repairs, sharpening and electrical safety testing are just some of the skills normally on offer. Have a look at www.cholseyrepaircafe.com to learn more.
